Pursell’s SnowForce Flock Machine is sold exclusively by Pursell and our distributors. It is the highest output and most reliable flock machine in the industry. Our new air-lock dispensing technology allows this fully adjustable machine to blow up to 5.5 pounds of adhesive Snow Flock per minute without clogs and pulsing, reducing time and labor (compare with other so-called “high capacity” Cadilac Motors that only blow 1.6 lbs/minute with 10-12′ hose). SnowForce features fully adjustable material flow, blower airflow, and water spray. Comes complete with Blizzard Flock Gun with quick connect, 17′ material and water hoses, and power switch is attached to the gun for easy one hand operation. 20″ diameter x 39″ tall, holds 25 lbs of Pinnacle Flock. 120 volt
- Cut you flock time by up to 75%
- Powerful Blower with maximum flow, up to 5.5 lbs/minute!
- Fully independently adjustable Flock, Airflow, and Water
- Even Flow without pulsing or globs
- User mobility: 17 ft hoses with trigger on/off power switch on gun
- Less expensive replacement parts (if ever needed)
Flock Machine Comparison
Don’t be fooled by imitations, there are look-a-likes, but these are very different machines. Snowforce uses newer process to distribute the flock called an “airlock”, while the Mighty Sno-Blower and M200 use the same old method used since the 1960’s to distribute material. The Mighty Sno-Blower is essentially the same internal parts as the old M200 but in a plastic barrel as opposed to a metal box. Click on the video links above to see the SnowForce in action.
What is an Airlock?
An Airlock is a flow control box system used to turn and distribute material into the airstream rather than through the impellor attached to the blower motor. This reduces friction and creates several advantages.
- More Output: The biggest advantage to the Snowforce is that it has over 3-5 times the output of a Mighty Sno-Blower (even with Cadillac motor). The less time you spend flocking trees, the less labor, the more savings. Imagine the labor and time saving being able to flock an average 6-8’ tree in under 2 minutes?
- Even flow and consistent application with no globs or pulsing: The output volume does not change when the hopper is full. Other machines that drop flock into the blower motor actually reduce output when the hopper is full due to the material blocking the air flow. These machines must suck air from through the hopper and the more flock you put in the hopper, the less flow out the hose. The Snowforce machine gets its air from outside the hopper and therefore the amount of flock in the hopper has no effect on the airflow providing a consistent, even application every time.
- Longer hoses, our standard hose is 17 ft long and can even be longer (compare to others with a maximum 12 ft hose). With the old style, the material is actually flung by the impellor. The more material on the impellor, the more friction, and the less the machine can distribute. This is why you can only use a maximum 12’ hose on these old style machines. Longer hose means more freedom to move around a tree and climb ladders without having to have someone behind you moving the machine.
- Adjustable air flow control for light to heavy application. When you want to blow less material on let’s say a wreath verses a tree or movie set, you can dial the machine airflow and material flow down to create more detail application. The lighter the material, the lighter you can adjust the air and water flow to match your desired application rate.
- Less wear on motors since flock never touches the impellor and causing motors to bog down under the weight of the material. Also, flock doesn’t glue the impellor to the housing when you store it from year to year. Less maintenance, more savings.

Snowforce Troubleshooting Guide
Ted Thacker, CA –
My dad started flocking in 1975, He would have raved about the Snow Force. We like it so much we bought two!
David Ostten, Clayton Vly Trees –
I used to dread having to flock. The Snow Force proved to be a fast, easy fun way to flock trees.
Robert Heath –
In over 35 years of flocking, by far the best machine I have ever used
MattH –
Thank you Pursell! This machine is so much better than our old machines and my guys love it. My only problem now is all my lot mangers want one.
twalters –
This machine made flocking fun again for me. I used to hate flocking trees, trying to rush to get custom flocking done by the next day. Snowforce cut my time to flock a tree down to only a few minutes. Fast and easy. It’s actually fun now.
Phil Hunter, Wreath Works, WA –
I just wanted to say this is the best machine ever. I have been flocking trees for 25 years and was resistant to making the change to the new style machine. Now, looking back I wonder what took me so long? This machine delivers a consistent flow of product regardless of what setting you are using. The flow of water to the amount of flocking is perfect and I find I can flock more trees per bag and create less waste. I have used this machine for three years now and you couldn’t make me go back to the older machine. In that three years I have not once experienced a clogged hose or had to stop flocking because of being plugged up somewhere in the blower system. A wonderful machine that even inexperienced applicators will have great success with.
Ben Falk, T-Boys –
trouble free and fast, a real money maker!
Guillame Troisgros, France –
Using the Snow Force is the easiest way to flock trees or anything else. The flow and adjustable ontrols help you do exadtly what you want, using less flock compared to other machines we used to use. Does perfect flocking exist? I think so now!
Patrick Moriarty –
I cannot believe how much better the Snow Force performs. Fast, trouble free, powerful and simple to use.
Peter Perino –
Great machine, flocks a seven foot tree in half the time
