Due to new regulations across the USA, Pursell Manufacturing is in the process of registering to collect tax in certain states (does not apply to foreign transactions). For your convenience please submit a sales tax exemption form well before you place your order. Do not wait, it may delay your shipment. Reasons for exemption may include resale, charity, government, tribal, industrial or agriculture.
Tax rates are determined by the shipping address of an order. If a sales tax charge appears, your state laws require Pursell Mfg to have an exemption certificate to claim a tax exemption. If the exemption certificate is not received, Pursell Mfg. is required by law to charge tax.
If your business qualifies for a tax exemption, a properly completed exemption certificate must be submitted to Pursell Mfg Sales Department. Once we have received your exemption certificate(s), your account will be updated within 1-2 business days.
Once certificate is received, you must create an online account and place your order for the webstore to recognize your tax exempt status. You can also call in your order once the certificate is received and processed.
If the exemption certificate received is incomplete, a representative will contact you with the details needed to complete the certificate.
